1. I have a requirement. How do I go about it?We would request you to kindly drop us an email giving as much information as possible about your requirement. Alternatively, you could also request for a quote here. An accompanied picture or an online version of a product similar to your requirement is of great help. 2. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Delivery Lead Time?The MOQ and Delivery Lead Times are as follows - Product - MOQ (Pcs) - Lead Time (No. of working days) a. Rigid Boxes - 500 - 12 to 14 b. Foldable Boxes - 2000 - 12 to 14 c. Corrugated Boxes - 1000 - 12 to 14 d. Paper Canisters - 1000 - 15 to 18 e. Paper Bags - 500 - 12 to 14 f. Wrapping Papers - 1000 - 8 to 10 g. Machine Made Paper Bags - 5000 - 15 to 17 Kindly note that these are indicative and the final quantities and lead times may ultimately vary depending on your actual requirement. Lead times are calculated as no. of working days from the date of your Purchase Order, Advance Payment and Confirmation of Art Work whichever is the last.

3. Can I get samples made? If yes then how much time would they take and are there any costs involved?We would only be too happy to make mock-ups for you. It generally takes 3-4 working days to fabricate the samples after we receive all inputs from you. However, in many cases the taken can be longer depending on the complexity of the job and its specific requirement. We do charge a small amount for making the samples. This can be determined only after we have understood your requirement thoroughly. If the order materializes, we adjust 50% of the sampling cost paid in your next bill.

4. I am an overseas customer. Can you make products for us?Of course. We have an export licence and we regularly do export to customers all over the globe. Needless to add, we can assure you of internationally accepted quality well within your timelines.
